Mutual NDA at a glance
Once either party shares non-public information about a potential engagement, both sides are bound by a mutual non-disclosure obligation: use the information only to evaluate or perform the work, protect it with reasonable care, limit access to people who need it, and return or destroy it on request. Full terms — including a 3-year survival period and indefinite protection for trade secrets — are in Section 4 of the Terms of Service.
